Broadband is broken in Baltimore. We have no choice in providers. We pay more. We get less. Baltimore is behind. This campaign is in response to a survey and community meeting indicating resident dissatisfaction throughout Baltimore. 20-40% of city residents do not connect to the Internet when connectivity is now essential for effective participation. Poor fiber optic infrastructure impairs the economic growth of Baltimore
