                        94% are dissatisfied with the choices they have for broadband                                                                 Baltimore compares poorly to other cities for broadband





              Current broadband speeds are fast enough for 8%. Most want faster speed!                                    Cost matters and for some it is critical; for most performance is equally important





  We mostly use Comcast as our provider with no other choice in broadband (i.e. 25 Mbps speed)                                 There is dissatisfaction with cost, performance and customer service





       We use the Internet for more than email. 70-80% work at home; 38% are teleworkers                                                                                 We want fast speed options. 





                    We care most about reliabilty of service and speed and then cost
